Dinnerbell may publicly display aggregated, anonymized statistics for transparency purposes. Examples may include total orders completed, total bonuses distributed, total affiliate payouts, total active memberships, and treasury balance amounts. Individual user, driver, or affiliate personal information and individual earnings are not publicly disclosed unless explicitly authorized by the person or business and permitted by law.
We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as necessary to provide the Platform, including with:
- Drivers (for delivery fulfillment: pickup/drop-off details, delivery instructions, limited customer contact details, and order context when needed).
- Restaurants/partners (for coordination: limited information needed to confirm pickup readiness or resolve issues).
- Payment processors and fraud-prevention vendors (to process transactions, reduce fraud, and manage chargeback/dispute risk).
- Technology providers (hosting, analytics, email/SMS providers, mapping/routing providers, support tooling, and security systems).
- Government authorities, regulators, or law enforcement when required by law or valid legal process.
DinnerBell drivers are independent contractors. We share limited customer and order information with drivers strictly for delivery fulfillment, safety, support, and dispute review. Drivers are required to protect customer information and may not use it for unrelated purposes.
DinnerBell may collect and use GPS, route, pickup, drop-off, mileage, ETA, and driver-location information to dispatch drivers, calculate delivery estimates, compare offers, prevent fraud, support safety, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Location data may be approximate or route-specific and may be retained with order records when reasonably necessary.
Dinnerbell may display treasury totals or financial summaries (e.g., a single treasury balance amount) for transparency. Treasury information is provided for informational transparency only and does not create any financial, investment, partnership, fiduciary, or employment relationship. Users, drivers, and affiliates do not obtain ownership rights, equity, or any claim in company assets or treasury holdings, and have no right to inspect underlying asset details.

Order, route, acceptance, account-credit, payment, referral, and payout-related data may be retained for auditing and compliance purposes.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Subject to legal limitations, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Requests may be submitted to: ContactUs@dinnerbell.life. Certain data may be retained as required by law or operational necessity (e.g., tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution).
The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we discover that a minor has provided personal information, we will delete it from our servers when reasonably possible.
